Guillermo holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Vigo (Spain) and a degree in Agronomy from the National Agrarian University (Nicaragua).
He began practicing Grow Biointensive in 2014 at his Quelantaro farm in Nicaragua. He is certified as an intermediate-level instructor in Grow Biointensive and currently manages the O Torno Biointensive Farm in Galicia, Spain.
Since 2018, he has been working to research, practice, and promote Grow Biointensive in Europe, and has already trained more than 1,500 people in various regions of Spain and France.
He is currently a member of the A Milpa do Salnés Cooperative, through which he provides training, consulting, and support to various farmers, with the aim of improving soil management and promoting Grow Biointensive.
